Verified drivers and vehicles
U-Book checks the driver's license, NBI and police clearances and the vehicle's OR/CR before anyone can book them.

The one-time sign-up fee covers document checks, your U-Book decal and onboarding; it is not a deposit. The per-delivery admin fee is fixed — never a percentage of your fare. Pre-registering is free.

Can I book now?
Not yet. U-Book opens soon in Metro Manila and Bulacan, starting with a small pilot. Pre-register and we will tell you first.
Do I need to download an app?
No. U-Book works in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
How do I pay for a delivery?
You see the full fare before you book and pay the driver in cash when the delivery is done. Online payment is planned for later.
How do you check drivers?
Before a driver can take bookings, U-Book reviews their driver's license, NBI and police clearances, and the vehicle's OR/CR and photos. Each vehicle card shows its verified badges.
I'm a driver. What does it cost?
No commission on your fares. You pay a one-time sign-up fee, a subscription every 30 days and a small fixed admin fee per completed delivery, all depending on your vehicle size (see the table above). Pre-registering is free.
I have several vehicles. Can I join as a fleet?
Yes. One business account holds all your vehicles, drivers and helpers. Choose "2 to 5" or "6 or more" vehicles when you pre-register and we will call you.
